We provide a developed nine uniquely different Gourmet flavored pecans after many years of development,Using Fresh Quality Pecans process without using msg oils.The manufacturing process involves a Proprietary process along with dry roasting and/or marinating and roasting the pecans first, then hand-dipping them so each pecan is bursting with flavor--enough to satisfy even the most discriminating of pallet's. Our flavored pecans are unique in the marketplace for several reasons. No one (to our knowledge) has ever marketed a "marinated /roasted" product. The process is arduous, but the flavor is unsurpassed. Additionally, unlike most flavored pecans our product is lightly coated to ensure that the nut flavor is not lost. On their chocolate covered pecans you can still see the shape of the pecan. The same is true on either of our cinnamon pecans. Our Flavors
Original Vanilla Almond Pecans--A lightly-coated sugar base which allows the flavor of dry roasted pecans to come through. It's still our most popular flavor and a delightful treat!
Chocolate Pecan--A special blend of cocoa powder and a rich chocolate coating, again with the flavor of the dry roasted pecans still there.
Cinnamon Pecan-- First, they marinate the pecans in cinnamon flavored syrup for a classic taste. Then roast them, giving the nut a unique crispness, finishing the treat with a flavorful cinnamon sugar-base coating. A cinnamon lover's delight.
Spicy Pecan-- Pecans starting by marinating the pecans in cinnamon syrup (no oils). Then, the roasted pecans are sprinkled with an award winning Cajun spice. This pecan has a nice kick to it with lingering effects, but doesn't hurt you--really!! One of our favorite personal gifts and coporate gifts. Our spicy pecan flavors are popular in
the western region.
Mocha-Madness Pecan--These chocolate covered pecans have a delightful coffee flavor hidden under our own special mixture of chocolates. They have more of a dark chocolate flavor.
Sassy-Sinnamen Pecan--This award winning FUN flavor is a cross between Cinnamon-Toast and Hot & Spicy pecans. It is best descrbed as having "layers" of flavor. It's sweet at first, then it slowly begins to change flavors ending with a slow burn, but not too much. Truely, a unique culinary experience that amazes your taste buds.

Raw halves and whole pecans
We also offer our products without any coatings in pieces and halves and are sold by the pound, either raw or dry roasted. Both are excellent for snacking or cooking, no added oils or salt.
